Sedum dasyphyllum, also known as Corsican Stonecrop, growing at altitudes up to 2,500 m above sea level.

The grey-green leaves often take on a red tinge. These leaves have a fine hairy surface, which makes them soft to the touch, but they are also brittle and brittle. They tend to be densely arranged on thin stems, forming an impenetrable mass of ground-cover clumps 5-10 cm high.

The white flowers, which adorn the plant for a long time in early summer, are the real highlight of this rock plant.

This stonecrop requires minimal care and attention and does not need to be fertilised. If grown in a pot, it is recommended to repot once in a while in a new substrate.
