Plectranthus Nicodemus has similarly shaped leaves and is particularly suited for indoors, but it can also be found in garden shops as an outdoor plant.
The leaves of this plant tend to be slightly hairy, especially to the touch. The colour is mainly green, which is often edged in white or cream with a subtle contrasting element. It is characterised by rapid growth and forms a ground cover habit.
It grows as a perennial and flowers are rare. It can be grown in hanging pots or as a typical houseplant or groundcover. The pleasant, fresh scent of the leaves and the white-green pattern enliven the overall appearance of the plant.
