This is an attractive hybrid of Graptopetalum paraguayense and Echeveria derenbergii.

Graptoveria Titubans, nicknamed Porcelain Plant, is a charming succulent hybrid created by crossing Graptopetalum paraguayense and Echeveria derenbergii. It is technically called ×Graptoveria Titubans and was bred by Pierre Gottos in France.

The thick, fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves grow arranged in rosettes on semi-flexed stems. It is characterised by blue-grey leaves that take on pink tints at the tips in cooler temperatures. The fine waxy dust on the leaves gives them a slightly leathery appearance. The rosettes, which can grow up to 8 cm across, change throughout the year depending on humidity and temperature. In prolonged drought, the tips of the leaves retract towards the centre of the rosette. The plant produces lateral rhizomes which, over time, form a dense clump with it. Graptoveria Titubans grows up to 20 cm tall.

In spring, flowers appear in racemes on short stalks. The yellow flowers with red spots inside give the plant an unexpected visual effect.

Graptoveria Titubans is easily propagated from single leaves. Old shoots can be rejuvenated by cutting and the tops can also be replanted. The succulent looks beautiful in a larger pot, which gradually fills in densely. It is an attractive and fragile plant that needs no fertiliser. The succulent will complement the pots with its rapid propagation and will add to the overall scenery of your home.
