TIP for you:

In our shop you can also find the original Graptoveria Fred Ives and the crested form of this plant.

Graptoveria Fred Ives variegata is a hybrid form of Graptopetalum paraguayense and a plant close to Echeveria gibbiflora. It was created by Albert Baynes in 1946. In 1979 it was named van Keppel in honour of Fred Ives of Shipley, Yorkshire. It is a prized resembled form of this succulent.

The resin-like, waxy leaves are coloured in shades of green, yellow and white. They form rosettes that can grow up to 30 cm across. With a solid stem, it grows up to 20 cm tall and the whole plant changes its form throughout the year.

This attractive succulent is very unlikely to flower.

The succulent can be lightly fertilised with cactus and succulent fertiliser. In our shop you can also find Graptoveria Fred Ives with purple leaves and the crystalline form of this plant. The similarly shaped form itself is a collector's piece, which will be especially appreciated by enthusiastic collectors of atypical succulents.
