Echeveria Chroma was bred by a California nursery. It is an Altman cultivar of unknown origin, but with a stunning colour palette that changes with the seasons.
The leaves of Echeveria Chroma can be dark green with hints of pink, apricot, gold, rose red and emerald green. Other colours and shades may also appear depending on the season. This seasonal variety gives the plant a unique and fascinating appearance. The leaves are short and glossy. They tend to be rounded and end in a small tip. They are arranged in attractive rosettes that grow up to 10 cm in diameter. The plant branches and forms rhizomes, giving it a bush-like shape. In spring, bell-shaped flowers appear on tall, leafy stems. They are yellow inside and orange to pinkish-red on the outside with yellow tips.
The plant is a real jewel for succulent collectors as each rossete is an original. This fascinating variation makes Echeveria Chroma an unusual piece for any succulent collection.
