Place in a sunny position. If we have the opportunity, it is advisable to summer the plant.

Always water a few days after the substrate has dried out. Reduce watering in winter.

It can tolerate -3.9 °C in the short term. However, the plant is not hardy.

TIP for you:

This plant will do best if planted together with other succulents. In summer, it will reveal its red colouring and literally shine amongst the others.

Crassula dejecta, also known by the synonym Crassula undulata, is nicknamed Doily Crassula, referring to its delicate, napkin-like leaves.

The slightly succulent leaves are a bright green colour, which turns bright red in summer plants, especially at the edges. The edges of the leaves are decorated with a series of rounded hairs that give the plant a silvery sheen. With age, it dries out from the bottom and forms a cyme with a densely branched crown that grows up to 30 cm high. The light green stems become woody over time and give the plant a tree-like appearance.

The small, white flowers, sometimes with a slight pink tinge, are rather rare.

Crassula dejecta is well suited for bonsai and is widely used in compositions with other succulents. It is not difficult to grow. The colour of the leaves changes throughout the year, giving the plant dynamism and attractiveness. This Crassula will delight all lovers of brightly coloured plants.
