Aloe Flow
A semi-shady to shady location is ideal for the plant. It can tolerate a sunny location.
Always water a few days after the substrate has dried out.
Can tolerate -3.9 °C in the short term. However, the plant is not hardy.
Succulent suitable for growing on windowsills or on a shelf in the apartment. Aloe, which does not require much light and its leaves are tough and hardy.
Aloe Flow, botanically correctly referred to as ×Gasteraloe Flow, also known as Gasteria Flow and ×Gasteraloe Sprite, is a cross between Gasteria carinata var. verrucosa and an unknown species of Aloe.
It is a slow-growing succulent, forming stout rosettes, with deep green leaves covered with white bumps. The triangular-shaped leaves boast slightly toothed margins. Rosettes can reach up to 20 cm in diameter. Aloe slowly forms new offsets.
The orange, tubular flowers of Aloe Flow are arranged in a raceme. However, the plant does not normally flower.
The succulent prefers shady places as it may show unwanted yellowing of the leaves in direct sunlight, but this is temporary. It is robust, hardy and can be fertilised if deemed appropriate. Thanks to its characteristics, it can be used as a houseplant to enhance any interior.
