Aeonium haworthii Dream Color
Succulent likes a sunny site, can tolerate partial shade.
Always water a few days after the substrate has dried out. In winter, limit watering.
It can tolerate -6.7 °C in the short term. However, the plant is not hardy.
The plant mixes yellow, green and pink colours in a unique way. It is suitable both for collections and for solitary cultivation, e.g. in the office, as it is not poor in colour.
Aeonium haworthii Dream Color is an impressive succulent plant with leaves in a wide range of colors. It is also named Dream Color after this characteristic. It is very similar to Aeonium haworthii Kiwi, which can also be found in our e-shop.
The centre of the rosette is creamy yellow and from the centre the colour gradually changes through green to pink at the edges of the leaves. The spoon-shaped leaves are serrated and have a tri-colour colouration. The variegated leaves darken in winter and naturally dry out and fall off from the bottom. The plant produces numerous leaf rosettes 5-7 cm across and has a shallow root system and relatively thin but strong stems. It forms branched, low shrubs.
Aeonium haworthii Dream Color is unlikely to flower, but this does not detract from its charming appearance. The play of vibrant colours in three designs will brighten up any succulent corner and add a mix of colours to the collection.
