Pleiospilos

Pleiospilos is a genus of succulent plants native to South Africa. These plants are known for their bifurcated, spherical or oval bodies that often resemble stones, hence they are sometimes called "living stones." The leaves are thick, fleshy, and often covered with small spots or dots, helping them to camouflage in their natural habitat. Pleiospilos produces large, striking flowers in shades of yellow or orange, which appear in spring or autumn. They are low-maintenance, requiring minimal watering and thriving in well-draining soil with plenty of sunlight.
